3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Business Verification: We reserve the right to verify your business credentials and may request additional documentation. Failure to provide requested information may result in account suspension or termination.

4.1 No Guarantee: Quotations provided through our Platform are estimates only. Final prices are subject to confirmation by suppliers and may vary based on market conditions, order specifications, and other factors.

4.2 Market Fluctuations: Steel prices are subject to market volatility. We do not guarantee price stability between quotation and final order confirmation.

4.3 Platform Role: FabQuotes acts solely as an intermediary. We do not determine pricing, product specifications, or delivery terms. These are negotiated directly between buyers and suppliers.

As a buyer on our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete product specifications in all RFQs
• Respond to supplier quotations in a timely and professional manner
• Honor commitments made to suppliers through the Platform
• Make payments according to agreed terms and conditions
• Conduct due diligence on suppliers before finalizing orders
• Report any quality issues or disputes promptly

As a supplier on our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Maintain necessary licenses, certifications, and quality standards
• Honor quotations provided for a reasonable period (minimum 7 days unless specified)
• Deliver products that meet agreed specifications and quality standards
• Communicate promptly regarding order status, delays, or issues
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

7.1 Platform Fees: FabQuotes charges service fees based on successful transactions. Fee structures vary by subscription tier and transaction volume. Current fee schedules are available in your account dashboard.

7.2 Payment Terms: All transactions between buyers and suppliers are subject to mutually agreed payment terms. The Platform may facilitate payment processing but does not guarantee payment completion.

7.3 Subscription Plans: Various subscription plans are available with different features and fee structures. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

8.1 Platform Content: All content, features, and functionality of FabQuotes, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of FabQuotes and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving our Service.

9.1 No Warranties: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, FabQuotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9.3 Transaction Disputes: We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and suppliers. While we may provide mediation services, final resolution is the responsibility of the parties involved.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Platform and community.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FabQuotes is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
